Bitz large dinner plate in amber
What a nice spacious size this dinner plate from Bitz has! 27 cm in diameter and an upright edge of 2.5 cm high. Yet you will eat less than you would expect from such a large plate. How is that possible? From a coloured plate you eat about 15% less. That's a nice bonus, isn't it?
And what is also a nice tip: does your dish have the same colour as your plate? Then you eat more! So serve on this amber plate: citrus fruits, pumpkin, carrots, lentils, sweet potatoes (very healthy!) etc. This way you'll be able to eat a lot of extra vegetables without even noticing ♥.
The plate is made of matt pottery, with a glossy glaze on top.
Christian Bitz colorful tableware and glassware
The Dane Christian Bitz wants to inspire Danes - and now you too - to live a healthier life. Not by eating little calories, or by feeling forced to diet. But by eating more consciously, having a good time at the table together and above all with 'common sense'. Bitz holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is research director at the Herlev and Gentofte hospitals. Here he is involved in various research projects and the development of better meals for patients.
On Danish TV, he is a well-known host and expert in cooking programmes. In addition, he has already written eight books.
In addition to the tableware, the Bitz collection also includes glassware, part of the turnover of which is donated to the Danish Red Cross. The amber coloured water glass and the 1.2-litre water carafe match this plate very nicely.
