Sure! After you have completed the payment, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes containing the order, shipping details and billing information. Pay attention! It sometimes happens that, due to your e-mail settings, it can end up in the spam folder.

Nordic Living keeps you informed of your order. After your order you will receive a confirmation of the order and a confirmation of payment, if it has been completed. Your order will then be processed.

If you log in under 'My Account' you will see the status of your order under the 'Orders' tab.

As soon as your order is delivered to PostNL, you will receive an email from us and you can track your order via Track & Trace.

As soon Nordic Living your order has been shipped (usually via PostNL) you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been completed and shipped. You will also receive Track & Trace e-mails from our shipping provider (MyParcel) as soon as the order has been shipped.

Fast! Nordic Living tries to prepare and ship all orders within 24 hours, so that you normally only have to wait 1 or 2 days for your order.
