If something is not right with the order you received or the order is (partially) damaged, please contact us! We ensure that a solution is found as soon as possible!
If the ordered product does not fully meet your expectations, and you do not want to exchange it? Then you can of course return the product or your order to us and we will credit the purchase amount to your account as soon as we have received it. Please note, the following conditions apply when returning:
- The return takes place within two weeks after receipt of the purchase
- You let us know by email or phone that the order will be returned
- The returned product is unused, so it is in exactly the same condition as when it was shipped by us
- You pay any costs for the return (you can also return the purchase yourself)
- After the expiration of the cooling-off period of 30 days, the purchase agreement is a fact: return is no longer possible
- If the product is indeed undamaged, you will receive the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days
Returns will only be processed when the order is returned - if reasonably possible - undamaged, in original packaging and in sturdy cardboard shipping box.
We therefore recommend that you always carefully open the shipping box and original gasket, so that you can use it again to return the order.
In addition, we would like to advise you to package with track & trace and to request proof of return from the appropriate shipping point. Pay attention! the shipping costs for the return are not reimbursed.

In general, you can assume that as soon as the return has been received, we will refund the money to your account within 2 working days. Depending on the bank, this may take an extra day before the money is visible in your account!
Which can! We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with the products ordered! So if you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, you can exchange the products.
Let us know (by e-mail, you can also call) that the products / order will be returned and which you would like to receive instead. Note: The costs for returning are only reimbursed if the product is damaged or does not work properly!
