Ferm Living shell pot, pottery living object
The shell pot of Ferm Living is a beautiful eye-catcher in your interior. The design is by Trine Andersen, who founded the world famous Ferm Living in 2006 and is still the creative director.
The organic shape of the shell pot is inspired by the Nautilus shell. The pottery pot has a matte off white finish on the outside. This absorbs the light that falls into your house and forms shadows over the structure, so you can see the ribs nicely. The ripple structure is also reminiscent of the ripples in beach sand.
The inside of the shell pot has a soft glossy enamel layer, so you can use your favourite flowers.
The dimensions of this beautiful shell pot are: 31 cm wide, 15 cm deep, 21 cm high.
Give the Shell pot a nice place on the sideboard, on your coffee table, in the bookcase. And of course the Shell pot is also a great gift for a special occasion!
The video below shows the production process of the Shell pot. Each Shell Pot is formed into a mould and then carefully checked and 'trimmed' by hand. The Shell Pot is baked several times at a high temperature between 800-1,230°C for a total maximum of 20 hours! And then you have such a beauty ♥.
